Hallelujah stems from the orginal Hebrew word "Halleluya", which loosely translates to mean "Praise God." Other translations state that the word comes from the verb Halal, meaning "to shine", plus the participle u, meaning "with", along with jah, which is short for "Yahweh", the Name of God. The people of Biblical times ascribed the word "Halal" to the stars for their brightness.
A ransomed heart merely striving
In imperfect words the Father rising
With this sort of beauty the Lord is pleased
So she plans to dance for eternity
